Green City is a unique city-resort, in spirit, for color memory, which can be compared with such well-known centers of recreation and entertainment, like Dubai, Cannes, Orlando, Miami and etc.

In one of the areas closer to the water area there will be built giant wheel review “Kazakh wheel”, by the type of “London eye” or “Singapore flyer”, which in future will be the main attraction of the harbor, allowing to enjoy the view of the lake, Green City, four-city satellites in Almaty and Tian-Shan Mountains. It has become a visual symbol of Green City, and four satellite cities. It will look like impressive particularly at night.

Only a few hundred meters from the review wheel, there will be located special bay marine for yachts (mooring center “Green City Marine”). The given project is designed similar to the famous bays of Cannes and Saint-Tropez.

Racing circuit There is also planned to build a special high-speed route in the city. With completion of construction of the given circuit and its introduction, Green city will enter into number of such cities as Beijing, Monaco, Hong Kong, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro having modern circuits of such scale. 

Park «Fantasy Island». Fantasy Island has been designed as the center of recreation and leisure in the air. The island of Sentosa in Singapore was taken as the sample. There will be constructed the following objects in the island: Complex Aqua Dome - with beaches, pools and giant water slides, artificial waves, and etc.: Models of this type are Seagaia resort in Japan, and a tropical island resort in Germany. Seagaia is a resort with the largest advanced roof in the world.

Green City Botanical Gardens. Botanical gardens with three thematically linked areas: Winter Gardens, under domes of the biosphere, hilly Gardens in the central part of the island and Lake Gardens to the south. The Center is being planned to make more higher (15 m) in order to create artificial topographic hills on the flat landscape, and also to build station to see the lake and the city. The water complex and the Botanical gardens are linked to each other by the glazed corridors for use in winter. Botanical Gardens are natural rest center in the island, and will be used as a place for cultivation of endemic and rare kinds of plant. An example for this place was Edem project in the UK and the island city Gurin Gurin in the city of Fukuoka (Japan).

For the youth there are stipulated entertainment places such as clubs, cinemas, bowling, dances, concerts, amphitheater and floating theater, fair with attractions and extreme slides. Similar zones of entertainment are located in Florida (Orlando, Miami), Sydney and etc.

The funicular railway connects the “Green Central” to the top of the hill of Botanical Gardens. This place is ideal for accommodation of cafes and restaurants. Much of the construction will remind similar buildings in Almaty (Koktobe), Hong Kong (funicular railway to Victoria) and etc.

«Resort Islands» are located to the north and south of the central islands, and are intended for different kinds of holiday resort. They are designed for urban style, arranged around the central harbor, and have a separate villas located at a distance from the center. SPA-resorts could become a feature of this zone. This project will be constructed similar to the famous Arab project “Palm Jumeirah” in the city of Dubai.

Resort clinic of Green City. Private clinic of resort style in Geen City will be built in one of the islands of the Lake. Considering location on the coast and the excellent conditions of Green City, this clinic could be positioned as part of a growing medical tourism sector. The proposed development plan will help to combine high-quality service spa and fitness center with treatment and surgery at the world-class level. Such clinics already exist (private clinic “MacArthur” and “University of Medical Assistance”) in Sydney.
