The idea of creation of financial district in f Gate City is the basis of such projects as: the business district Moscow City, the district Broad gate and Kenner-Warf in London and etc.

Moscow - City. The zone of business activity which will bring together business, accommodation and leisure will be created within the frame of Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) “Moscow City” for the first time in Russia and Eastern Europe.

Broad gate (London) is the largest separately growing area of 12 he area of the City, was founded in the late 80-ies as a block with a continuous built-up of fourteen 8-10 - storeyed buildings.

Complex of sports facilities will be located in close proximity to the financial center. The concept of the project includes location of single sport and cultural zone, with the following facilities: sports stadium, sports complex, exhibition center, outdoor amphitheater and the Golden Gate Park.

It is focused around the river corridor running from east to west across the border between the Gate and the Golden Cities, which promotes the creation of new high-quality Golden Gate Park, whose namesake is located in San Francisco which is one of the best parks of the world.

There is located sports stadium Golden Gate for 70,000 places in the north of Gate City, proposed as the heart of sports and cultural zone. The stadium was designed in the light of good visibility and is located between Kapshagay route and the proposed rail system of satellite cities.

The given projects could be compared with such well-known sports facilities, as the Alliance Arena in Munich (Germany) and Wambley in London (United Kingdom) and etc.

 “Alliance Arena”. Arena, selected for reception of the German national team  in the first match of FIFA 2006 World Championship, is really famous for a unique exterior, and the stadium is one of the most extraordinary and spectacular arenas in the world. The smooth facade made of transparent, diamond-shaped windows, overflows with different colors, and attached to the structure of magic poetry. Stadium with capacity of 66 000 persons, was inaugurated on 30 May 2005 by co-owners of clubs, playing  at this arena - TSV 1860 Munich and Bayern Munich club, the most successful teams in German.

The stadium “Wembley” is a modern arena with developed infrastructure. At the present moment , «Wembley» is the main stadium and the most respected of English football. This stadium has become a legend not only English, but the football world.
